Who are we - why do we do this!
The St. Jude Cup is an annual golf outing where all proceeds from this event go to support the children and their families at St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Donations from non-participating individuals or groups are also welcome.
Lick Creek Golf Course - Pekin, IL
RYDERCUP FORMAT - 2 PERSON TEAMS
Day 1 - Saturday, August 15th - Registration 7:30
9-hole scramble and 9-hole best ball (Lunch at Lick Creek following the round)
Day 2 - Sunday, August 16th - Registration 7:30
9-hole modified alternate shot and 9-hole combined stroke play. (Dinner, raffles and awards at the Pekin Moose Lodge following the round.
All teams will be flighted for prizes

*Donuts and drinks are available one hour prior to the start both days.
Rain date if needed will be the following weekend
This year we have worked to make participation, registrations, sponsorships, and donation payments easy for you! Payments are accepted via debit or credit cards. Please complete the registrations forms and payment through the “Registration-Sponsorships"page. General donations are also accepted through the “Donate" page.
If you prefer to register and pay by mail, print and “download” this "registration" form; complete the registration and/or sponsorship information and mail the form with checks payable to ST JUDE CUP.
